Extra-Clean XLPE Compound for 35kv and below power

The product 4205EC-35 extra-clean peroxice XLPE compound for cable & wire uses cable-specific low density PE compound (Melt index 2.0±0.2g/10min; Density 0.920g/cm3) as main raw material, incorporated with moderate amount of crosslink agent, and other additives. The production procedure includes mixing raw materials, extruding, and granulating. The product is specially used for 35kv and below power cable. After cross-linked, the cable made from product grade 4205EC-35 can meet the standard IEC60502-2004, GB/T12706-2002. 4205EC-35 has been produced under sealed and purified environment and the raw materials of 4205EC-35 have been strictly controlled.
